The consumer needs to be sure they aren&#8217;t getting into a home that&#8217;s a real problem with major issues. It&#8217;s also important to note that it&#8217;s very common for an inspector to find many things that need to be addressed. Many items are very simple and should not be any cause for alarm. It&#8217;s important you have a Realtor on your side to help guide you through the process and let you know what may be a real cause for concern and what&#8217;s not worth losing a home over while negotiating repairs.<br />
