Zillow did a good article spelling out the new plan and who is eligible. You can see the article by going to http://www.zillow.com/loan-modification/
They also give you a link to the official government site where you can go through a series of questions for eligibility purposes. That link is: http://www.makinghomeaffordable.gov/

It`s out of the question.

Hey those are some great links, thanks for posting those. Are loan companies actually doing more loan modifications now under the Obama plan? Last article I read it looked like some dismal numbers.
hard to say……..as you said, the numbers don’t look that great! According to Realty Track, foreclosures were higher than ever in July any many markets. Let’s hope that changes soon
Hello, I recently found your blog and have been visiting it often. I think your way of thinking is verry good. keep up the good work.
Thanks for this – I’ve been working hard to get squared away with my loan modification process and trying to get a good understanding of everything I need to have in order. It’s been stressful but I’ve found some great resources like this and am grateful.
You’re welcome…….glad it helped.
The author of beauferguson.com has written an excellent article. You have made your point and there is not much to argue about. It is like the following universal truth that you can not argue with: Stuff happens, then more stuff happens. Stuff will continue to happen until stuff stops happening. Thanks for the info.
credit fix…
I just stopped by to check out this site….
There are some good points here. I’d just like to say keep at it to all those who are trying to get a modification approved. It took me a total of 10 – exhuasting – months to complete mine.
I will never understand why the banks won’t just implement a loan mod plan and do it. Many people have just stopped paying and they would atleast be able to turn a profit.
Why don’t the banks just work with me and others like me?
Hopefully some lenders kick it into high gear soon and start helping the people who need it. Seems like a win-win.

I have to commend the creator of this website – nice job….
I agree
Well, I don’t know you…….but I suggest you keep trying……I hear the response is gradually getting better.
I agree……..I think what the banks are doing is assess who is likely to still default based on history and patterns and because they are short of man power they make optimal selection decisions. Just a guess…
Bravo Richard!…….that’s what I keep telling people also……..keep at it. Persistence does pay off sometimes.
I am always searching online for articles that can help me. Thank you

lol a handful of of the responses most people submit are so silly, every now and then i ask myself if they honestly read the stories and threads before writing a comment or whether they basically read over the titles and post the very first idea that one thinks of. nevertheless, it is actually pleasing to look over smart commentary from time to time in contrast to the identical, outdated blog vomit which i oftentimes discover on the internet
