Hey those are some great links, thanks for posting those. Are loan companies actually doing more loan modifications now under the Obama plan? Last article I read it looked like some dismal numbers.
hard to say……..as you said, the numbers don’t look that great! According to Realty Track, foreclosures were higher than ever in July any many markets. Let’s hope that changes soon

The author of beauferguson.com has written an excellent article. You have made your point and there is not much to argue about.
